Booking Fee

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment.

Appointment Changes

To change your appointment, 7 days’ notice is required. Failure to provide this notice will result in the loss of your booking fee. All requests for changes must be submitted via email.

Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be refused future bookings. A new booking fee will be required to rebook.

Refund Policy

No refunds are offered under any circumstances. Please ensure you are fully certain before booking your treatment.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the cancellation of your appointment, and your booking fee will be forfeited. The same applies to free touch-ups; if you are late, a £40 booking fee will be required to rebook.

Payment

All treatments must be paid in full upon completion before leaving the premises.

Guests and Children

Please attend your appointment alone. Due to insurance requirements, children under 18 are not allowed in the treatment area.

Pre and Post-Treatment Care

You are responsible for following all pre and post-treatment aftercare instructions. Failing to do so may impact your results and could require an additional, chargeable session.
